Objective

Objective

In partnership with the strategic marketing agency Beluda Pro, this mentoring program aims to enable the start of the brand, product, or business building or repositioning process in a more secure and creative way. Through diagnosis, studies, and market research, the service is designed to properly plan growth or entry into new markets.

Target Audience

Companies and entrepreneurs who wish to build a new brand or reposition an existing business or product, seeking a strategic foundation to minimize risks and maximize innovation.

Process

  • Online meeting to diagnose the current situation (1 hour);
  • Development of the study and research conducted in partnership with Beluda Pro;
  • Online presentation workshop (1.5 hours), including delivery of a PDF with the detailed study and conceptual roadmap.

Structure

The mentoring program is built on three integrated pillars:

  • Method: Organization of information, definition of processes, and timelines;
  • Creativity: Development of distinctive and innovative ideas and solutions for brand identity and positioning;

Strategic Monthly Advisory: International Market Expansion

Objective

Ensure the consistent and disciplined execution of your internationalisation plan, acting as a strategic support for decision-making and resolving operational challenges. The focus is to maintain steady monthly progress, ensuring goals are achieved with confidence and expert technical guidance.

Target Audience

SMEs and entrepreneurs who already have an internationalisation strategy in place and are seeking ongoing support to implement their operations effectively.

Process

The advisory is delivered through monthly online sessions (1.5 hours). It includes ongoing support via WhatsApp/email for ad hoc queries between sessions, as well as monthly progress tracking and performance review. Engagements are structured on a monthly renewal basis or through quarterly/semi-annual packages.

Structure

At each session, we will focus on the following key development pillars:
